Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School students are expected to follow "The Saints Way", which outlines the conduct that is expected of future saints in training.
The purpose of "The Saints Way" is to help our students develop good habits and discipline so that they flourish as individuals and as a community of learners. On those occasions when "The Saints Way" is not followed appropriate actions are taken to ensure that the school environment remains safe and positive for all of our students and staff. We do this by assigning progressive disciplinary consequences for any infractions, with the goal being not to punish the student but to redirect his/her negative behavior for the good of the student and to help him/her grow in responsibility and virtue. As parents/guardians, your support is essential.
Super Saint Cards
"Super Saint Cards" are given out by staff members who witness students doing great things that go above and beyond "The Saints Way." These cards are duplicate forms in which the student will keep one copy and bring the other copy to the Principal’s office for recognition and an opportunity to be entered into a weekly drawing for small prizes. This is but one way that we reinforce positive behavior in our students, who are saints in training!
