• After School Care Staff

  
  Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School in Cross Plains, WI is looking for energetic, responsible, and caring individuals to work as after school care providers.
  
  Under the guidance of the Program Director, After School Staff are responsible for planning activities, ensuring safety of all children in the program, serving an after school snack, interacting with children and their families, and creating an enriching and fun environment.
  
  The candidate must enjoy working with school-aged children, have a positive attitude, and serve as a role model to participants in the program. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work a few hours in the afternoon, is creative, child-oriented, responsible, and dedicated.
  
  Requirements:
   

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • A background in education and/or college coursework (either completed or in progress) preferred but not required
  • Child care work experience preferred but not required
  • Other training may be required after employment begins
  • VIRTUS Trained (training will be provided)

  
  Time Commitment
   

  • Part-time (typical shift is 2:45pm-5:30pm)
