St. Francis Parish Facilities
All facilities are smoke free and wheelchair accessible. Church Wheelchair and handicapped seating is provided.
Catholic Ministry Center This is the building to the west of the church and attached at the church narthex and hall breakout area. This building houses the following:
Parish Offices These offices are located immediately to the right as you enter the Catholic Ministry Center from the church parking lot. Here you will find the Parish Reception Desk and the offices of our Pastor, Bookkeeper, Director of Worship, Pastoral Minister, Coordinator of Religious Education and Youth Minister.
Conference Rooms Conference Rooms are used by the many parish council, committees and organizations for their regular meetings.
Parish Hall Our parish hall is also wheelchair accessible. The hall is used for various parish activities and funeral luncheons and available for rental for special events, parties, and anniversary and wedding receptions. The Hall policies follow.
Reservation Procedure & Rental Policy Anyone wishing to reserve the Catholic Ministry Center Hall (seating capacity 350) must:

Schedule an appointment to sign rental forms and meet with the hall coordinator to discuss the guidelines. Caterers must be Pre-approved first.
A security deposit is payable at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded when all responsibilities are met. Rental fees must be paid prior to event date.
A Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed at the time of reservation.
Facilities must be left as they were found, clean and in proper order. Any cleaning required will have an hourly rate deducted from the security deposit.
Users need to provide supervision of children at all times.
All food, beverages and supplies provided by the renter must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Closing time for all weekday events is 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM on weekends.
Insurance Requirements Special Events Insurance is available through the Diocese of Madison Insurance Fund at the premium cost of $95 per each event. Applications are available in the parish office and must be filed at least two weeks prior to the event.
Non parish organizations need to present a copy of their certificate of insurance.
In lieu of the Diocesan insurance other renters may provide insurance coverage themselves or provide a certificate of insurance showing coverage under a homeowner Umbrella Coverage Policy.
Usage for approved parish events and parish organizations is covered under the parish insurance policy.
A Hold Harmless agreement must also be signed.
Decorations No pins, tape, tacks, glue, glitter, confetti, etc, may be used in the parish hall. Decorations must be approved by parish office.
Definition of Events Large group events, (i.e. weddings & anniversaries); can use the kitchen facilities at no extra charge with a Site Supervisor present. The Site Supervisor is trained to operate the dishwasher, ovens, and other appliances, as well as being a parish contact person. Site Supervisor fees are included in the large event rental fee. Events, other than large events, that require a Site Supervisor will have an additional charge.
Small group events do not use the kitchen equipment, except for the coffee makers. The kitchen may be used for small events at an additional charge.
Catered Meals Any food service connected with the occasion must be handled through one of the parish approved caterers. All food service fees are paid directly to the caterer and all excess food remaining must be removed from the facility before closing.

Any other caterers must contact the parish office about specific agreements.
Potluck Meals are permitted without the use of the kitchen except for the coffee makers.
Alcoholic Beverages Since the parish does not have a liquor license, all alcoholic beverages are to be purchased by the renter and served at no cost. Beverages must be removed by renter before locking up. A bartender must be available to supervise any large event. Hard liquor may be served as a cocktail before meals with beer & wine served during and after wedding dinners.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be 6 months prior to the event or the security deposit will be forfeited.
