Pastoral and Finance Council are formal groups of Parish leaders convoked to deliberate, clarify, study and enact decrees pertaining to the life and belief of the Church. Pastoral Council is an advisory body to the pastor and Finance Council collaborates with Pastoral Council in all matters financial.
