Mortuum Mundo, Vivum in Christo!
(Dead to the World, Alive in Christ! - DTS motto)
The Dead Theologians Society (DTS) is a program for any high schooler at St. Francis Xavier (and beyond!). Through the Saints of yesterday, DTS inspires the youth of today to become the saints of tomorrow. Our motto (above), is inspired by Romans 6:11 - in this verse, St. Paul exhorts us all to be dead to sin (the world), but alive in Christ. Not only is this the reality for the Saints we study, but also how we strive to live our lives as Catholics.
DTS meets in the Hospitality Room (formerly the Youth Room) the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:15pm. Each evening includes snacks, time to socialize, a spotlight of a different Saint and prayer.
